If the goods are to be rejected in the time limit of 14 working days from receipt of delivery above, the Customer shall comply with the return procedure as defined below.
Equiboodle Ltd. will not accept any returned goods should the return not follow the aforementioned return procedure.
The Customer must contact Equiboodle to obtain a valid returns number from Equiboodle Ltd. From that point the Customer then has a further 14 days to commence sending all returns back to;

Any used, worn, damaged products or those with sales tags/labels removed will NOT be eligible for a refund/exchange.
Please retain proof of postage when returning an item by post.

In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect in an item, the Customer is entitled to a replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to the manufacturer or Equiboodle Ltd. before the replacement can be issued. Postage costs will be refunded to the customer on inspection of the goods and confirmation of fault by the manufacturer or Equiboodle Ltd.
In cases where the rejection is due to an incorrect order from the Customer or to dissatisfaction, the Customer is entitled to a refund only, exchange or credit note for full value.
