Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions

We love treating our Boodlers! These terms apply to free prize draws run by Equiboodle on its official social media accounts where the giveaway post links to this page. Read them alongside the details in the original giveaway post. They do not replace our shopping terms and conditions.

1. Who is running the giveaway?

The promoter is Active Wardrobe Limited trading as Equiboodle, Unit 7 Spillman's Court, Middle Spillman's, Stroud, GL5 3RU, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@equiboodle.com. Any collaboration partner and their role will be named in the giveaway post.

2. Who can enter?

Unless the giveaway post expressly states different eligibility requirements before entry opens, entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. Employees of the promoter, anyone directly involved in administering the giveaway, and their immediate families are excluded. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

3. How to enter

Follow the entry instructions in the original giveaway post. That post will state the opening and closing dates and times, the prize and number of winners, participating platforms and any giveaway-specific restrictions. Times are UK local time (GMT or BST as applicable).

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the original post, one entry per person across all participating platforms is allowed. Additional comments do not create additional entries. Sharing is welcome but is not required and does not earn an extra entry. Facebook personal timeline shares and friend tagging are not entry requirements.

Entries must be received before the stated deadline. Late, incomplete, automated or fraudulent entries, and entries using multiple accounts to exceed the stated limit, are invalid. Any action required by the post must be reasonably verifiable. We will not introduce extra entry requirements after the giveaway starts.

4. Choosing and contacting winners

Unless a different timetable is stated in the original post, winners will be selected within seven days of closing from all valid entries, using a computer process producing verifiably random results or a draw conducted or supervised by an independent person.

We will contact winners by direct message from the official Equiboodle account that published the giveaway, within seven days of closing. Please check message requests. Winners have seven days from our message to respond and provide the details needed to deliver their prize. If a winner is ineligible or does not respond within that period, we may select a replacement using the same method.

Stay scam aware: we will never ask you to pay to claim a giveaway prize or provide card details. If unsure, contact hello@equiboodle.com.

5. Prizes

The original post describes the prize, any size or colour choices and any voucher restrictions or expiry dates. No cash alternative is offered and prizes cannot be transferred. If circumstances beyond our control make the advertised prize unavailable, we will provide a reasonable equivalent of equal or greater value.

UK delivery is included. Prizes will be delivered within 30 days of closing unless a different delivery date is clearly stated before entry opens. A replacement winner will receive their prize within 30 days of their eligibility being confirmed. We will arrange delivery directly with the winner.

6. Winner information and privacy

To show that a valid award took place, the surname and county of major prize winners will be available on request by emailing hello@equiboodle.com within three months of closing. Entrants may contact us to object to disclosure or ask us to reduce the information shared. We may still need to provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if challenged.

We use entry and winner details to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility and deliver prizes, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Necessary delivery information may be shared with a named prize partner or delivery provider. Entering does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We will ask separately before using a winner's photograph or testimonial in promotional content.

7. Social media platforms

Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or any other platform on which they appear. Information supplied to us is supplied to Equiboodle. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release the relevant platform from liability connected with the giveaway.

8. Fair administration

We will administer giveaways fairly and investigate queries sent to hello@equiboodle.com. Dates or terms will only change in exceptional circumstances beyond our control where necessary and without unfairly disadvantaging entrants; any change will be explained on the original post. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

These terms apply to giveaways opening on or after 13 October 2026. The terms and giveaway-specific details published when entry opens apply to that giveaway; later page updates do not retrospectively change them.
